Before any water touches your rug, we remove pounds of dry, embedded soil and allergens that ordinary cleaning leaves behind.
Hand-washing with fiber-appropriate solutions safely breaks down stains, odors and grime deep within the pile.
A purified soft-water rinse flushes out every trace of soap and soil for a residue-free, fresh finish.
Rugs dry flat in our climate-controlled facility, preventing shrinkage, color bleed and mildew.
Finally, fringes are hand-cleaned and groomed, and the rug is inspected before it's returned to you.
Every rug passes a detailed quality check to ensure it meets our standard before pickup or delivery.
